Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Anything over 7 days feel free to post for sale on Holly's Boutique Buy/Sell Group

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted and received, we’ll send you a store credit that you can choose to use in Holly's Boutique group, instore or online

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving; If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product you MUST contact me within 3 days from purchase/NO EXCEPTIONS. Anything after 3 days will be rejected for store credit/exchange.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, Clearance/Sale items are not eligible for a return or credit. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given store credit to use in Holly's Boutique group, website or in-store.
